Filter Element Characteristics
1. The air permeability of the precision Filter Element: the filter element adopts a strong hydrophobic and oleophobic fiber filter material, and at the same time adopts a stainless steel support net with good permeability and high strength to reduce the resistance caused by passing.
2. High efficiency of precision Air Filter Element: The filter element uses precision sodium borosilicate glass fiber, filter paper and non-woven fabric, which can effectively prevent oil and water from being entrained by high-speed airflow. The fine oil droplets gather at the lower end of the Compressed Air Filter Element and discharge to the bottom of the filter container.
3. The air tightness of the precision fiber glass filter element: The connection point of the filter element and the filter housing adopts a reliable perfluorinated sealing ring to ensure that the air flow is not short-circuited and prevent impurities from directly entering the downstream without passing through the filter element.
4. Anti-corrosion of precision filter element: The filter element adopts anti-corrosion PA+GF end cap, under 1.8Mpa pressure, it can withstand high temperature of 240℃ without deformation and -20℃ without embrittlement. The double-layer stainless steel support net can prevent general acid and alkali chemical corrosion and can be used in harsh working conditions.
